Polluted Kitchen Air

Were you aware your exhaust fan is only removing the smoke and cooking aromas when it is on?

If you are not leaving your exhaust fan on for 10 minutes more after cooking,  the airborne oil and smoke, leaves and increased residue and foul smell on the fan and all surrounding surfaces.   Think about how often you cook, and how long you have lived in your home. When is the last time, you had a deep clean to your cooking area? A degreasing deep clean without chemicals?

Cooking effluents – Cooking effluents from food preparation can infiltrate the whole house in minutes. Grease, oils and aromas settle permanently into carpets, furniture, clothing and other surfaces. Kitchen ventilation solutions help eliminate cooking effluents for a cleaner, more comfortable and healthier environment. However, over time, the grease and cooking residue builds up causing the air to become contaminated.  Offering a stale foul cooking smell. This happens from the build up of grease and cooking residue over time. It is slow enough, you might never realize color discoloration has happened for the surrounding cabinets.  With the typical cook top and wall mounted exhaust insert, the grease and residue buildup surrounds the cooking area in a typical 12″ margin. This included the sides, bottom and the top, including all cabinet hardware.
