The Art of Fine Dining

I am the lucky one!

I have to admit my husband is fantastic in the kitchen! As a server in fine dining, he really makes our guest feel at home. Carlos loves to entertain, thinking of every detail. Drink preparations, appetizers, and the main course. Carlos thinks of every detail for every moment of the evening.

We don’t entertain often, as newlyweds we like our private time. When we  decide to entertain, it is usually a last- minute decision. This also happens for our preparations. At times we might only have one hour to prepare for 4-6 guest.  Whatever amount of time it is, amazingly enough, we can produce some great food under pressure!
